It was difficult finding somewhere to eat in Monterey during the Christmas week. It felt like the whole world was there on holiday like us. What happened to family time during Christmas??? 😛 All the good restaurants seemed to be booked out and we thought that we might have to go without but thank goodness, Red House Cafe told us a table would be ready in 15 minutes.
Lola berry pie. That’s what I thought the waitress said until I got back to the hotel, went on google and found out that it’s actually olallieberry pie. What a cute name for a pie!!!
We had a lovely time at the Red House Cafe. It was a delicious American meal and I already miss our lola berry pie.
