The days have been either searing hot, with a couple of cool days thrown in between but it is still hot. We don’t have a/c in our apartment so when those days happen to come by, if the kids are in care, I find myself heading out to a cafe near home just to escape the heat for a bit. If they are with me, we head to the nearest playground with water play so they can cool down!
We’ve been watching prices for flights to China lately and they’re so cheap that we’ve been dreaming of maybe making a trip there! But we’re also trying to save to buy a house at the mo so maybe we should save the money and forego the trip instead? That’s what I’ll keep telling myself. On the other hand, it’ll be an amazing travel experience, especially for the kids! I’ve been learning Mandarin with the kids, especially Baz so it’ll be a brilliant opportunity to enhance the learning! I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s so hard being an adult making big decisions!
