Sydney’s been a-popping with secret bars lately so much so that it feels like a lil of Melbourne is rubbing off on us since Melbourne’s secret bar culture been around for years though I do think that our secret bars are just that little bit more sophisticated.
My friend brought me to his favorite secret whiskey bar tonight, The Baxter Inn and it was tres wonderful! Having to go down a backstreet to get there – it was like entering into another world when you open the doors! Friendly bartenders, free pretzels and apple juice mixed with whiskey – such a marvelous combination for an awesome night!
